# 1. Privacy Policy Content

Swey is a product of **Smart Mouth Software, LLC** (“Smart Mouth Software,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).  
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the **Swey** platform and related services.  
By using Swey, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

# 2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information when you use Swey:

**a. Account Information**  
When you create a Swey account, we collect your name, email address, and password.

**b. Event Information**  
When you host or RSVP to events, we collect event titles, dates, locations, guest lists, and RSVP responses.

**c. Payment Information**  
If you purchase a premium tier (Mini, Social, Luxe, Elite), payment details are processed securely through our third-party provider. We do not store your full payment information.

**d. Device and Usage Data**  
We automatically collect device type, browser, and usage activity to improve platform performance and analytics.

# 3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

- Deliver and personalize your Swey experience
- Facilitate event creation, invitations, and RSVPs
- Process payments and manage subscription tiers
- Send notifications and transactional emails
- Improve platform functionality and user experience
- Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud

We do **not sell** your personal information.  
We may share limited data only in the following cases:

# 8. Your Rights
