Welcome to Swey, an event invitation and RSVP platform developed by Smart Mouth Software, LLC (“Smart Mouth Software,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By creating an account, hosting an event, or using Swey in any capacity, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or host an event on Swey. Users under 18 may RSVP to events only with a parent or guardian’s consent.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your login information or impersonate another user.
Swey reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4. Events & Content

Event hosts are solely responsible for the content, images, and details shared within their event invitations. You must ensure your events and communications comply with all applicable laws.
Swey prohibits:

5. Payments & Upgrades

Swey offers paid tiers (Mini, Social, Luxe, Elite). Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
All payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Users are responsible for verifying tier features before purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

Swey, its design, branding, templates, and software are owned and operated by Smart Mouth Software.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without written permission.

7. Privacy

Use of Swey is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at smartmouthsoftware.com/privacy.
By using Swey, you consent to our data collection and usage practices as outlined there.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we deem inappropriate or harmful.

9. Disclaimer

Swey is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Smart Mouth Software is not liable for any damages arising from use, downtime, or third-party actions.
